Taco Soup

1 pound hamburger
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped carrots
2 cans cream of potato soup (undiluted)
1 can beef stock (Swanson's)
1/2 package. taco seasoning
1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can chili beans (drained and rinsed)
1 small can tomato sauce
1 quart tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon dried onion

Combine all ingredients and simmer on low for 2 hours. Serve with a dollop of sour cream, grated Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese, and a few finely chopped green onions on top. You can also top with Fritos or tortilla chips.
