Thousand Island Salad Dressing

Homemade salad dressings are so much better than store-bought versions that they are worth the extra effort, in my opinion. I love this dressing on fresh tomatoes or asparagus, as well as on a traditional tossed salad.

¾ cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
¼ cup chili sauce
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 tablespoon sliced stuffed green olives
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients and chill.
